1. What Happens if an Order Is Cancelled?
If an order is cancelled, its status will be updated to "Cancelled" on your Dashboard Orders page. No earning will be paid for a cancelled order.
2. What Happens if an Order Is Returned?
If an order is returned, its status will be updated to "Returned" on your Dashboard Orders page. If any earning from that order has already been transferred to you, the transferred amount will be reversed from your YEP account.
3. What Happens if a Customer Rejects an Order?
If the customer rejects the order before dispatch, inform YEP Customer Service as soon as possible so the order can be handled accordingly. If the customer rejects the order after dispatch, the applicable delivery charges will be payable by the buyer.
4. What Happens if the Wrong Product Is Delivered?
The buyer should inform the seller about the wrong product, and the seller should promptly notify YEP Customer Service. After verifying the issue, YEP will arrange for the correct product to be delivered.
5. What Happens if a Product Arrives Damaged?
The buyer should record a clear video before opening the parcel to document its condition. If the product is found damaged upon delivery, the buyer should inform the seller, who will report the issue to YEP for verification. After verification, YEP will arrange a replacement for the damaged product. Products damaged by the buyer after delivery are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
6. Can a Returned or Cancelled Order Affect My Earning?
Yes. Any earning associated with an order will be cancelled and reversed if the order is cancelled, refunded, returned, or exchanged.
7. What Should I Do if a Customer Has a Complaint?
Collect the relevant order information and contact YEP Customer Service when the issue requires YEP's operational or customer-service involvement.
