Payments & Payouts

1. When Does YEP Pay Sellers?
YEP pays sellers twice a month, once at the beginning of the month and once in the middle of the month, according to the applicable payment schedule.
2. What Do I Need to Receive My Earnings?
You need to provide valid bank account information in the required YEP account section so eligible earnings can be transferred through the applicable payment process.
3. Why Does YEP Need My Bank Account Details?
Bank account information is required to facilitate the transfer of eligible YEP earnings to you.
4. Can I Change My Bank Account Details?
Yes. You can update your bank details through the relevant account section, subject to YEP's account and verification requirements.
5. What Happens if My Bank Details Are Incorrect?
Incorrect bank information can affect payment processing. Update the information promptly and contact YEP Support if the payment requires administrative assistance.
6. What Is the Difference Between Paid and Unpaid Earnings?
Unpaid earnings are amounts that have been earned but are not yet paid, while paid earnings are amounts that have already been transferred to you.
7. How Can I Check My Payment History?
YEP provides payment records showing the applicable payment information and status so you can review previous payments.
8. What Should I Do if a Payment Is Delayed?
Check the payment status in your account first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact YEP Customer Service with the relevant payment information.
9. Is There a Minimum Payout Amount?
No. YEP has no minimum payout threshold. Whatever eligible earnings you earn during the month will be paid to you according to YEP's regular payment schedule.
10. Can I Use Someone Else's Bank Account?
No. You must provide and use your own personal bank account to receive your YEP earnings. If you are underage or have another special circumstance that requires someone else's account, you must inform YEP in advance. In such cases, you will be responsible for any payment or fund-transfer issues related to receiving your earnings.
