You can add your store name, slogan, logo, and the links to all online stores where you sell, including Business WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and your domain store. An additional “Add More Stores” button also lets you easily add custom store links.
2. How Can I Add or Update My Store Information?
Open the Personal Store Details section in your YEP account and click the “Edit” button in the header section. From there, you can add new store information or update your existing details, then save the changes.
3. Where Can I Add My Domain Store Link?
You can enter your domain store link in the dedicated Domain Store Link field within the Personal Store Details section.
4. Can I Change My Store Name, Slogan, or Store Picture?
Yes. You can update the available store information, including your store name, slogan, and store picture, from the Personal Store Details section.
5. Do I Need to Complete My Personal Store Details?
Yes. Every YEP user should complete their Personal Store Details by providing their store information and relevant selling-channel links. Keeping this information complete and up to date helps YEP maintain accurate store information and provide a better platform experience.
